The software is well thought out and implemented. But, I am frustrated by the lack of Clear QAM support. I can only receive one digital over-the-air channel where I live and don't want to spend the money for digital cable or satellite. I check Snapstream's website every week hoping that there is a new release which supports Clear QAM with the Hauppage cards. I hope this is coming soon. I also purchased Beyond Media, but have not seen any new releases for it in a long time - has it been dropped by Snapstream? It also has a great user interface and is easy to use. I always end up with 2 compressed files after showsqueeze and then a third file when it is converted to itunes though itunes integration. the third file ends up under podcasts in the itunes folder.
