I wish it had a standard Windows interface with all the commands available at the top or by right clicking instead of being scattered all over the place. In the attempt to appear to be unique it makes me have to search all over the place like having someone go in your house and stick all your stuff in various arbitrary drawers. For example, yesterday I remembered seeing a backup function. I looked all around and never found it. Today I stumbled across it in the "about Beyond TV" in the task bar. It took me forever to set up the channels as well. What will keep customers is to do what it's supposed to do well.
